All Sales Are Final
All sales made through beckyjonesdesigns.myshopify.com are final. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of my artwork, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any products once the transaction is complete. 

Why We Have This Policy
To keep our prices competitive and maintain the highest quality of service, we cannot accept returns once an item has been sold.
Exceptions
The only exceptions to this policy are:
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 5 business days of your delivery.
